Subject: Olivenhain Town Council Candidates Forum Cancelled

Good evening,

After great consideration and discussion during the last 24 hours, the Olivenhain Board of Directors has decided to cancel the Olivenhain Town Council Candidate Forum scheduled for Wednesday, October 5.  The OTC President, who is also a Division 4 candidate, abstained from the cancellation vote.  

We are now directing community members to the multiple upcoming League of Women Voters forums.

Olivenhain Town Council (OTC) is hosting an in-person candidate forum at the Olivenhain Meeting Hall.

Date: Wednesday, October 5

Time: 6:30 pm : expect to last 2+ hours

Where: Olivenhain Meeting Hall

Who: All Mayoral and District 4 Candidates can participate

Each candidate will have 2 minutes for an opening statement, 2 minutes for closing and 1 minute to answer each question. The questions will be submitted to us, we will review and ask each to respond - no questions will be directed to one particular candidate.

Located in Double LL Ranch area of Olivenhain

Please call or email the campaign for directions.  The event starts at 7 pm where Bruce will open with 10-15 minutes of remarks followed by 45 minutes of Q&A.  Bruce can stay around afterwards to speak with smaller groups and answer questions one on one.
